Dear Sir/Madom,
I had made the payment (Amt. Rs 6710), order no. 10229262 online for a digital camera (nikon coolpix S3300) to timtara.com on 02nd April 2012 and the amount has been deducted from my account for the same. They promised to deliver the product in 8-10 business days. Now it is already two and half month passed but till date the product is not delivered to me. I already consulted and mailed many times with the customer care executive of timtara.com but there is no any positive response and every time they are saying that the product is in ‘awaing shipment’.
So I requested the company representatives to cancel the product through email on 17 May 2012 and refund my money as soon as possible. But till date they neither refunded my amount nor they are replying to me.
So kindly help me to come out of this problem and get my money back.
