Sir/Madam,
I purchased a Max Tablet pc from Naaptol.com on 26th of march( order no 3694051 ), 2012 but to my utter surprise it didn’t work a single day . So I returned back their product via DTDC courier service ( Consignment no. V08279272 ) and it reached them on 19th of april . They sent me a cheque on 14th of may , 2012 but i didn’t get it as I was out of the city . Then again i called them on 21st of may and they took my bank account no and said that they would refund it within 21 days . Now almost 80 days have past and they haven’t deposited the money . They always ask me for seven days time to wait but never seems to end .
Its my kind request to kindly take action against them so that I can get back my money.
