I ordered a Sony Ericsson Vivaz HD mobile Order No.-3804536 on Apr 13 07:02:37 IST 2012 and I didn’t get the product at my home,I took it from 60kms away from my location.

That was no mention but the box is not sealed and it is a old box and there are strips on its edges, every accesories are in opened state they are not original,the charger as well as battery are local,even they said that we give you a branded bluetooth of worth rs. 1200 but the bluetooth is of rs.50 only and which is not working as well as there is no charger given for it, there is a lot of dust in phone and on LCD below the glass as well as there are many dust spots,at ime of ordering they said me that we will provide you a new,original handset with warrenty,all original accessories and purchasing bill but there were not such things. The box shows that this handset is made in Feb. 2012 but the contact the sony company and they said we have stopped the manufecturing of this mobile 9 months ago this is a false product.So how can it made in feb.2012.This mobile is 2-3 years old and naaptol just add a sticer on its box. I tried to talk Naaptol customer care but all time they disconnect my call or did’nt answer.

please help me to get my money back and I don’t want to purchase anything from them

Now I want to refund my totally money within a week

I have sent the phone via Bludart Courier Service AWB No.-60136416395 at my own cost of Rs.200 and I also claim Rs.200
I called to customer care 7 times to send a mail to Bludart Bhiwani but they don’t and I had to pay courier charges of Rs.200
Now I stritcly requesting them to send me Rs.10489 and there will be no deductions as the late happened due to their customer care.
