Refund of money

Name of company/service: Topper Learning

I ordered desktop application from topper learning online.They gave me a verification call on mobile but didn’t tell about the operating system it supports.They didn’t even mention this on their website nor they told me about it on phone.when my product came,it was packed and the system requirements were not there.But inside the pack it was written that it supports windows xp or higher.So I inserted the dvd in my laptop and it was to be registered first.I was having some problem while registering so I called topper learning.They told me that the dvd does not support windows 8 but I am having windows 8 only.Then I simply requested them to refund my money and take their product.They told me that my money will be refunded and I have to mail them.I mailed them several times,called several times by phone but they did not answer.And when the answered the told me that it will take 2-3 days.I kept on calling day by day and every time they said this only.Sometime they did not answer my call.Now I finally called them today and they are saying that it will take 15-20 days.

This was my complaint against topper learning.
