Refund of money.

Name of company/service: Hathway Internet Broadband

I called Hathway executive for internet connection on 1st February 2010. He told within 7 days internet connection would be installed, but after 22 days they told me due to some technical problems they could not give internet connection and asked me to write an application for the refund of my money. In application I wrote that I want my money with in 10days and the executive there also commit the same. When I went there for my refund they did not gave responsible answer and told it will take more 50 working days for refund
