I have surrendered my Landline Telephone No. 03842-267826 on 6th Aug ’18 at Silchar Bsnl Office, Dt. Cachar (Assam). But surprisingly till date the security money of Rs.2000/- is not refunded. I enquired about the fate of my claim in December’18 and I was adviced that it will take some more time to settle the matter. But I find no reason of such delay. However I have also submitted a SBI blank cancelled cheque for reference of easy refund through RTGS/NEFT. May I request you to give me suitable reason for this harrasment. Please do the needful at the earliest and for the act of which I shall remain ever grateful.
