Refund of fee – ICRI discontinued in Hyd

Dear Sir / Madam,

I have taken an education loan and joined my wife for a 1 year course in Hyd (ICRI) in March 2012. However, classes did not do far happen properly and ICRI had come to a stand still in Hyd operations. They have discontinued their operations and alomst all of the employees in Hyd branch had resigned. pls advise me how to proceed for a legal action against them. And also, how far I’m eligible for refund of amount? Would I also get my interest component on loan taken?
