Refund of fee

My son Divyanshu Kalra admitted in Vidyamandir Classes Safdarjung Delhi vide roll no. 10 P14 cj0042 on 14 april 12.But the batch alloted was too large and was aweekday batch. It did not suit us. So I requested for a change but was denied. I applied for cancellation on 18April 12.but an amont of Rs. 5618 was not refunded. I want them to please refund the whole amount back as promised by Mr. Sumit Director Safdarjung Branch.They are not responding to my calls or emails .
