REFUND OF EXCESS FEE DEBITED

Name of company/service: XAT 2013 exam online form

I have registered for XAT 2013 exam online and I belon to SC Caste for which we have to pay RS 650 for which I made payment through online debit card
but i would like to bring to your notice that on 4-12-12 i made
payment through debit card but during the last confirmation of the
payment the page expired and i was unable to get the payment detail
information. when i tried after few hours through login to xatonline.nic.in to XAT login ID then
the payment was not approved and i futher made payment after then also
i could get the approval of payment made .on 5-12-12 when i checked
again in my XAT ID then also payment was not approved then i further
made payment.
But on 5-12-12 after 6 hours payment was approved but sum of RS 2600(1+3)
was Debited from my account. kindly help me in this regard as i don’t
have confirmation page of payment.kindly refund excess deducted fees.I contacted to [email protected] by sending mail and then by calling to 18001025303 but their was no response from their side. Kindly throw this information to their side so as to response and to refund the excess money debited.

Same thing happened me. They don’t even respond to our mails. Money is gone I think

I filled the form of xat 2013. I had to submit an amount of 950 as the examination fee, I submitted it via on-line mode but twice an amount of 950 was deducted from my account. I contacted the customer care of it and they said it would be refunded in 7 days but it has been more than 40 days but no refund has been done. And also now they are not picking up the phone and neither they are replying to the mails. So please do the needful.

I have registered for XAT 2013 exam online. I would like to bring to your notice that I made payment through debit.
I did not get the payment detail information. when i tried again I surprised to note that the payment is deducted twice from account.
I contacted to [email protected] by sending mail and reminders thereafter. I even called number of times on Landlines. All the time the person assured that payment will be made soon. But now its Four months passed there is no response from their side.
Kindly throw this information to their side so as to response and to refund the excess money debited i.e. Rs 950/-.
