REFUND OF CASH

Name of company/service: Indira Gandhi Educational Trust

I have paid Rs. 5000/= (rupees five thousand only) against taking admission in B.D.S. courses for the session 2012-13. to the IGET PATNA. When i contacted to the different institutions regarding role of IGET they denied for any kind of involvement of the IGET in the admission of B.D.S. courses in any college. Also before payment of amount i have been said that if i could not take admission then the amount will be refunded to me. Now i demanded for refund of paid amount the authority of IGET Patna is denying for refund of my paid amount.So please help me in getting back/refund of my paid amount Rs. 5000/=
