REFUND OF CANCELLED PRODUCTS NOT DONE

i had booked 5 items on 15 jan 13 vide order no 3001892111 dated 15 jan 13. 03 items were delivered and 02 items were not delivered. at last i requested for cancellation of those two products vide case id – 674532 dated 07 feb 13. everyday i speak to customer care but i only get false assurance to refund the money. i had paid through icici credit card. pl do something. thanking u for your great cooperation.
