On 12-Mar-12 I was informed thru email by [email protected] that I have to pay addiitonal hefty premium for my
policy, however I was not convinced of thier justifications
On 16-Mar-12 I have sent a email correspondence to [email protected] to request for cancellation well within the
evaluation period.
On 6-Apr-12, I was informed thru email by [email protected] that my refund has been already processed for the
amount of Rs 13,593/- on 20.03.2012, however I have not received the same into my account or details have not been
provided to me for the same.
Kindly do the needful to get my refund released.
