I had given an advance for purchase of a kitchen cabinet along with the delivery charges. The delivery was scheduled after 20 days. I waited for more than one month for delivery. In between i received 4 to 5 calls stating that delivery will be done on that day. As per that confirmation i had requested my wife to take a leave on that day from her work. She waited the whole day without any delivery. I went to the store for an update of status of delivery. The store people assured me for the next date delivery but again that did not happen. On 20th i told them to cancel my order and refund me the complete amount including delivery charges and interest. Still i have not received the refund. request you to please intermediate and help me with the refund
