Refund of amount deposited for admission arrangement.

Sir,
I have deposited Rs15000/- to “THE DESTINATION”,Green Wood Sonata, Shrachi, Near City Center-2, New Town, Kolkata – 700157, for arranging admission of my daughter in M. Tech to IEM or Heritage Collage at Kolkata. They failed to arrange any seat at those particular institution & offer some other collages & we regret to go for admission other than the our desired collage. I asked for refund of my advance deposited but they refused.
Hence I seek justice for refund of the amount as the particular organisation have not rendered any service to & grab my amount paid in advance fraudulently.
