Name of company/service: KALRA TOURS & HOTELS Inc. – New Delhi
Dear Sir/Madam,
I want to register complaint against KALRA TOURS & HOTELS Inc., New Delhi for not refunding my balance amount paid towards booking of 6 Helicopter tickets from Katra to Mata Vaishno Devi temple and return trip.
I had deposited Rs.10800/- in IDBI current a/c named – Kalra tours & hotel inc., account no. 040102000005777, IFS code-IBKL0000040 New Delhi Rajouri Garden branch on 7th September 2012 through cheque payment (Cheque No. 744346) from my Syndicate Bank, Chembur, Mumbai Branch.
The company sent us only one way trip ticket voucher i.e. from Katra to Sanjhichhat on 21st December 2012 costing Rs.4262/- for 6 tickets.
I was continuously in touch with the representative of that tours company to send us our return tickets but they were unable to provide us.
So now when I call them on their mobile (mobile No. – 919316151530) the lady name Sunita does not talk to me correctly and no one is replying my emails for the refund.
I have emailed several times to them to refund the balance amount which is Rs. 6538/- but there is no response from them and now the lady has started talking arrogantly with me.
As its more than 5 months now from the date of depositing the amount, I am fed up with their behavior and so want you to help me out in getting my money back.
Please solve my problem.
