I Sanjay Bhardwaj wanted to get a website for which I contacted a person Varun Verma who claimed himself CEO of a company Maify.com. He came to me and I explained all whatever I wanted and also that I need everything by ready by January end. He asked for a sum of Rs-10,000- as advance and told me that they would start the work only after getting the amount. I paid him the cheque and the amount was withdrawn from my account in last week of Decenber 2012. I asked him to give me the receipt and the description of work to be done by them with a proper time schedule. But after that I was cheated despite my best efforts to settle the issue. Till date the only thing that progressed is the withdrawal of money from my bank.
Now I don’t want that work because I don’t trust them. .
I request you please ask them to
-to refund my amount
-interest on this amount
-to pay the compensation to me for the loss of work that can be started now only next year as this work is educational and can be started only at the beginning of the session.
-to take some action against the company which probably don’t even exist.
