Dear Sir,
I had booked a ticket on Kingfisher airlines in Jan2012 and had to cancel the same due to change of plans.
Kingfisher airlines sent me a mail saying the amount would be credited to my account within a few days. It was not done till June-2012. I have been following up with them and am getting lame excuses that it is forwarded to the concerned department. So far, nothing is done on this. Kindly assist/guide in getting the refund back.
