Refund of 50% fees back

Name of company/service: Avalon Aviation Academy Pvt Ltd.

Dear Sir,

My Daughter got admitted with Avalon Aviation Academy on 18 Jun 2008. I had paid Rs 101476/- at the time of her admission. They promised me they will provide 100% placement or 50% fees back after completion of her course. She had completed her course but till now my daughter has not placed nor given 50% money back. In this connection all evidence (documents) are available with me.

Presently the `Avalon Aviation Academy Pvt Ltd’ has closed their office from Pune, they are tie up with `Aptech Ltd’ Address is Aptech House, A-65, MIDC, Marol, Andheri (East), Mumbai-93. If any necessary documents are required please call me on 09923632587. Sir, I am retired Army person, presently I am very needed of money. Please do something for me to get money return from them.
