refund obstruction

I ordered a product name ” from homeshop18.com on feb3 and it took so long to deliver, all it says on the respective page was ‘delayed’. I finally cancel the purchase but until now i didn’t get the refund. I called several time to the customer care center of homeshop18 but all they say is that they have already complaint about it. Its been almost 2 month but still i didn’t get the refund.
