I ordered one item from www.snapdeal.com and my order on 24-May-2015 and my Order no. is 6430668516. I received the ordered item but in damaged condition and I requested Snap Deal for return/replacement of the item. The item was returned to SnapDeal and another item was delivered to me but it was defective. Then again I requested for replacement and for the third time the item was delayed for delivery. That’s why I requested for refund/cancellation and my order was cancelled. But my refund was not made because on their system it was showing that the item was delivered to me. But on checking BlueDart (courier) website I have found that the item was returned back to the seller with a new AWB# 40604908492 (Tracking ID). After complaining this to Snap Deal, the customer care asked me to provide my bank details like A/C no, IFSC code, etc and a complaint number was provided to me (SnapDeal complaint# 02490769). After waiting for a long time I didn’t get the refund and next time when I called the customer care regarding this, I was asked to submit the bank statement. But even after submitting my bank statement also the money was not refunded to me.
Now the question is how come such a big shopping site can do such disgraceful work with a customer?
I think Amir Khan should know about my case so that he will think hundred times before doing any commercial for such shopping sites.
