Refund not received yet.

Dear Sir,
I bought an item from eBay dated on 24/08/15 but I didn’t get my item after that I raised a refund claim which was approved by eBay dated on 08/10/15 but I didn’t get it till now and I also 20 times complained it to eBay executive but they always give me same answer that we will initiate it and it reflect it your account after 48-72 hours and we also confirm call to you and update this matter asap. But, 5 months to go but my problem was not resolve by eBay team. Please intervene this matter and resolve it asap as per your priority. My Ebay paisa pay I’d was 40249023550 dated on 24/8/15 refund approved by eBay 8/10/15
