Dear Officer,
I Amitkuamr ( 08962312286) (IRCTC Login ID: akrdwivedi)tried to book below ticked on 13 of July 2013, but due to server problem from irctc side,the ticket was not materialized.(IRCTC Transaction ID-0719101997)
So I lost my Rs 366.24/- in transaction.
& when i communicated to them 3 times, always they say ”Kindly note that we have refunded the amount on date 16-jul-2013 01:53:36 AM as per the following details and it may take 3-4 days, after actual refund date, to be reflect in your a/c.. so please recheck the same….”
