Refund not received since disconnecting connection a year back

Name of company/service: Airtel Digital TV

Honorable Court,

This is to bring to your notice, the grave crime committed by Airtel Digital TV service.

I have disconnected the services and connection(equipment of Airtel Digital TV) as on July-2012 upon the promise of refund of the initially paid amount.

Until now Airtel Digital TV hasn’t responded to me instead, they have re-issued my connection with my name, phone number, Date of Birth to someone else. They are mentally harassing me to pay the due amount, recharge by sending SMS to my registered mobile number. On calling the customer care they are claiming I am not the owner of the connection, wherein the Digital TV account is still active in www.airtel.im
