Refund Not Received by Flipkart

Order ID – OD404662651232976000
This is in reference to Incident: IN1512302259312630373. I have not
received my refund till date and I was told to wait till 28 Dec 2015 and
then extended to 5 Jan 2015. Its been 3 weeks when I ordered the product.
and I have been waiting for the refund for 2 weeks. Flipkart is just
extending the dates to for the refund of ₹7,049. This experience has been
so frustrating because – First, Defected product was delivered to me and I
chose the One Day delivery option because the phone was very urgent back
then.
Second – The return of the product was so irritating as the technician that
was sent to me rejected the return request because the flipkart has entered
wrong IMEI No. on the invoice and the IMEI No. did not match, so he
rejected to take the phone with him and I was stuck with the defected phone
for about 3 days more as during that course of time flipkart was changing
the IMEI No. on the invoice and I was waiting for that Invoice to resubmit
the return Request.
The refund request was submitted and the product was picked up
around 20 days ago. and flipkart is just lingering on the last dates of
refund and today was the last day of the latest date of refund given by the
company.
