Refund not received on cancellation of Ticket

I had booked a ticket for Kathmandu vide Booking ID NSGD994JD and PNR D994JD on 24/11/2014. The flight was cancelled at the eleventh hour. Therefore, I had cancelled my confirmed (Return) ticket. I also got a intimation on my mobile saying that they regret for the cancellation of flight and the refund is being processed and would be credited to bank account within 3-5 working days. I have been sending regular reminders for the refund but I deeply regret to record both Spice Jet/Goibibo have not even bothered to acknowledge my emails. Further what is most disgusting is that there 24 x 7 customer service numbers when we try to enquire the status they never pick up and finally the customer gets frustrated and is constrained to disconnect the line. This is the way the company is functioning and not returning the legitimate refund.
The Airlines is everyday advertising in the media about cheap air fares and other offers but this is all a pure cheating and fraud which company is doing and operating with the money they have not refunded to customers.
