Refund not received after 5 months of ticket cancellation

I am Rahul Sahu It has been 5 months back I cancelled one air ticket of Kingfisher flight but I have not received refund yet. Whenever I call them I get reply it will be refunded in 14 working days but its more than 5 months.
Following is the story which I repeated several times:
I have booked one air ticket from Kingfisher Airlines ( Ticket No- 0902471985668 and PNR- CPMMSK) from Lucknow to Ahemdabad date of journey 11 March 2012 but that flight was cancelled and I was given option to travel a day before. There were 2 haults in the journey Lucknow to New Delhi – New Delhi to Mumbai- Mumbai to Ahemdabad.
I travelled form Lucknow to New Delhi and after waiting more than 6 hours in airport we were told that connecting flights have been cancelled. So I will get full refund of Rs 3135 which I already claimed. As per their records the manual refund has been approved. But I am unable to understand why I am not getting my money back??????
I am really highly frustrated passenger. I have called their customer care centre more than 50 times and mail to different departments many times but nothing has benefitted me.I mailed Ayesha, Arun Kumar and Elvis all these are senior supervisor but nobody helped me out.

This is totally unfair. Please help me to get the refund.
