Dear Sir,
I placed an Ordered on Oct 15, 2018 (402-7330588-6844353) of three items as mentioned below :-
1)American Tourister 28 Ltrs Blue Casual Backpack (AMT PING Backpack 01 – Blue) Rs. 720/-
2) Bond Street by (Red Tape) Men’s Black Formal Shoe -8 UK/India (42 EU) Rs. 896/-
3) Jockey Women’s Hipster (Pack of 3) (1406_Dark Assorted_L) Rs. 389/-
I paid total amount for these three items (720/- + 896/- + 389/- = 2005/-) thru amazon pay. Later on 16th October I had requested for cancel of Jockey Women’s Hipster due to wrong size selection by me.An amazon customer representative cancelled it on my request but at a standstill I have not received the refund (Rs. 389/-) of that cancellation. I have requested so many times for the refund and every time customer care representative ask me to wait for 48-72 hours
