I Abhinav Rastogi with proposal no- 09809949, client id-67573733 requested the agent (Mr Arvind) for term plan of Rs 50,000,00(Fifty lakh rupees) and also gave all needed documents as requested by kotak life to the agent with cheque(No-10962) of Rs24,602-(Twenty four thousand six hundred & two only) in favour of ”Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance” by following medical test.
After few days agent approached me by telling to change my term plan to 25,000,00(Twenty Five lakhs) without any reason which was not acceptable for me as already discussed and finalised for 50,000,00(Fifty lakh) TERM PLAN.
Then i requested to refund the cheque amount but refunded cheque was of amount Rs 22,240- instead of Rs 24,602- which is untolerable because they mentioned as medical charges.
I really need full refund because fault is not from my side.Kotak refused to give the discussed policy.
Kindly refund the full amount as early as possible otherwise have to take some legal action regarding kotak and agent.
