Refund Not Received

I placed an order with amazon on 25th June 2016. Order number was 402-5394408-2159535. The size was not adequate and hence I returned the product the next day I received it and the date of return is 2nd July 2016. It has been 11 days and the refund is still not initiated. I filed a claim and still no response.. I wrote emails to the seller (M S Ltd), 3 times but no response. Today I called them and they have no response and ask me to now wait for 7 to 14 days. They don’t even provide an option for replacement because of which I had to place the order and pay for it once again. And now my 1925 rupees is stuck with them and they ask 3 days to revert on email & 14 days to return my money. This is disgusting. Utterly disappointed to have my money stuck with them for 20 + days and still no assurity.
