Refund not received

Please don’t buy from Amazon because they first send broken product from amazon fulfilment centre & then they replaced from other broken product again from amazon fulfilment centre & in the end you have to wait & wait for Refund

i have order Hp printer M1136, 21 sep 2015- order no is 404-1644683-9619513, First there was no packing, & when we open the box the printer was damage, then we ask for the replacement we got after one week but the same the packing was not there & the printer was damage, we returned & ask for refund on 8 oct 2015, but till today we have not received payment & when ever we ask they just give us Ref no (to ask our bank) but the refrence no was fake. then we called again we were given the DIFFERENT ref no (to ask our bank) but the refrence no was fake

Please help,,,,,,,,, the company like Amazon is making progress day by day in INDIA because we indian are more impressed by Foreign Co & even if we have good Indian company we always go for Some USA Stuff ,,,,,,,,,,,,Think on that.
