Defective product returned same date, promised by customer care that refund will be done with in 21 days, but again defective product send which has been returned by me and received by Naaptol.com
I asked the refund cheque to send to Home address different than the product received address, this is agreed by company.
I have called more than 20 times to the customer care, every time informed that money will be refund in short time but till today no refund has received nor any information is given by company.
