I had purchased a flight ticket through irctc on 22nd June 2012.The Transaction ID is 5000025628. I was promised to get a refund back within 15 working days. However till date no refund has been provided and I am paying the interest on the credit card that I have used to purchase the ticket. I have been continously following up through calls and email. Till date my emails have not been responded back even though they had said that a responce will be provided within 12 hours. The number in the site is never working and when I do manage to get through the representative does not have a clue as to what is happening and where the payment is stuck. I have been made false promises and now I am totally frustrated. The amount of the ticket was around INR 8000, which maynot be a huge amount but is a huge for me and the interest that has accrued on that is also significant. Please help.
