I had made an order on the 25th of July and tried to make a credit card payment for the same. Seventymm.com website specified that the transaction was not successful, i tried doing this twice and both the time with the same result. I called their voice support and was informed that the website was not working properly and was assured that the amounts will not be deducted from the Credit card account, even when I told them that I received notification messages from my bank account confirming the transaction. I was informed that i can pay cash on delivery once the product is delivered.
After a week of waiting when I called back, I was informed that the product will be dispatched on the next day and should reach in another two days. When I called after two days i was told that the order was cancelled and if i wanted it I need to reorder the product again.
When I called my bank, I was informed that the amount was deducted twice and has also been claimed by the merchant twice. The transaction ID and the amount details provided to me by the bank are

Could you please assist getting my money refund from seventymm.com as they seem to redirect me with false promises everytime I speak to them about the refund.
