Refund not issued

Location/place: Mumbai

Name of company/service: Snapdeal

I had purchased two night wears from snapdeal.com which were just not upto the mark in terms of quality which I had send them back.

The entire hassle of arranging a pick up and getting it delivered at their place I only had to undergo.

After repeated phone calls I was told that the product has reached their place and they will issue the refund.

After waiting for 10 more days I got a msg that the refund has been processed.

I checked my bank account to find that they have refunded only half of the money and again my chase has begun.

They have just not replied to any of my mails and their CS r just not cooperative.

So please advise how do I get my money back and teach these crooks a lesson for life.
