I had ordered for a product from this site, the product turned out to be defective and hence I had returned the product. The delivery address was at Malad, they had arranged for a reverse pick up from my office at Mahalaxmi. It’s been more than week and I have received no updates from them despite my efforts to seek an update from them through mail. When I called them they say that the product has not reached them.
