Refund not given

Name of company/service: jet airways

Respected Sir,

Myself gopal krishna agarwal have booked tickets on a jet konnect flight from Bombay to Lucknow to be departed on 01/07/2012 , but the flight was missed and hence it was a no show.
After contacting the airline for refund they told the entire refund will be forfeited and hence no refund will be given since it is a round trip and cancellations cannot be made.
This is the weirdest excuse given from an airline and cannot be accepted at all.

I therefore request you to take strong actions against the airline for these illegal and unjustified actions. Please also suggest me how to initiate a genuine refund from the airline.
