Refund not done due to late running of train

I have booked a ticket on 23-4-2012 of journey on 20-5-2012 but train
was late by 4 hours. So i have applied TDR as i have not board the
train. Yet only Rs. 107 have been refunded in my account against
ticket amount of Rs 224.
I will be thankful if you please look into the matter.
