Dear Team,
I have booked the Flim ticket on Friday, 13 July 2012 10:28 AM, online using my debit card, Booking was failed and i received a mail saying that,
” Dear Patron
Your booking at Big Cinemas was failed for the movie BILLA 2 (TAMIL)(A) at Cinema KG, Race Course, Coimbatore (Screen 1)
Some technical difficulties occurred during your booking process,
If you have not received any booking confirmation and your payment is deducted, Kindly contact us at [email protected] for your refund.”
Since i have marked the mail to the mail id mentioned in that email, till the date the refund not done and no status replay from that mail,
