Refund not credited of the cancelled ticket

Dear Team,
I had booked 6 tickets from make my trip. I have cancelled two tickets out of 6 and I got refund of only one ticket. After two months long time my account is not credited with refund amount. I have contacted make my trip helpline no. several time but not getting any satisfactory answer. Finally I decided to lodge the complain through consumer forum. I also want to state that the make my trip is unnecessarily harassing me for unwanted reasons. My MakeMyTrip Confirmation for Booking is NF2517417783966. Request you kindly expedite the matter and help me.
