I have cancelled my flight tickets on 11th Aug 2012. It’s booking ID was AWRBHW , but it has been approx 5 months and still didn’t got my refund back. I have called them more than 20 times and they gave many deadlines but I never got my refund. This is one of the worst travel/customer care service I have seen so far.
