Refund Not Being Processed By MMT from last 3 Months

Hi,

I had booked a travel and hotel joint booking from Make My Trip online. It was booked in Aug2012 for travel in Nov2012.
Package Deal for Kingfisher flight and Seclude Ramgarh Hotel was offered to me by Make My Trip.
In Sep2012 Kingfisher entered in the crisis of unable to operate. I immediately called up Make My Trip to adjust me to another flight.
Make My trip instead of helping out came up with the answer that Kingfisher is operational they dis-acknowledged my regards on news of Kingfisher crisis.
This continued with many calls to Make My Trip with no changes from their side.
Every Time it was i who called them proactively.
In Nov2012 i received a call from Make My Trip that Kingfisher in not operational and they are cancelling my bookings (Hotel and Kingfisher Flight both) they updated me that i shall be refunded with all amount of my booking in 15 days.
At the eleventh hour they had cancelled my bookings and not offered any alternatives. Still i had my patience; i arranged an alternative all by myself.
MY COMPLAINT IS: I have still not received my complete refund as on date. Make my Trip does not call and update me the status. I have logged nearly 15 to 20 online complaints as well as have been calling them from past 3 months nearly daily for refund.
This is embarrassing to have your money not refunded and on it you call up daily as if you are begging for money.
I am not even asking for my losses in terms of eleventh hour cancellation/ Interest charges lost for so many months/ and call charges for so many time calling.
If Consumer Court could just take a look and help in refund it would really help.
