I am writing this because I was cheated by a company called Snapdeal (www.snapdeal.com). I ordered one item called “Excel Dt9205a Professional Digital Multi Meter” on SnapDeal’s website and my Order# 6430668516 but I received the item in damaged condition and from a different brand but not the one showed on SnapDeal’s website. So I went for a replacement and I told the customer care to replace the item with the correct brand but 2nd time also I was sent with a different brand and the item was also defective. Then I went for a replacement again and this time I was assured that I will get the right product. However for the 3rd time I was given a deadline of 10 days for the delivery of the item but as per their replacement policy after 7 days I won’t get any replacement. Now without taking risk I went for cancellation and refund but Snapdeal refused to refund. I haven’t received the item but on SnapDeal’s website it was showing that I have received the item. On the courier company’s website (BlueDart AWB#: 69241653095) it was showing that consignee has refused to accept the item. Now on what basis SnapDeal has mentioned on it’s site that the item was delivered and why my refund was not approved?
