having very worst experience with videocon products.when is washing machine is not in good condition, i make a call to videocon customer care, a mechanic came he can not repaired it well, and charged me 2830 rupees. he told me your power board is damaged, i will bring the board. later he cant return back. later his mobile is switch off. videocon care is not taking responsibility about my money and not giving answer. my complaint number is vij2603130036.
