Sir i beg to say that i am using a idea network mobile no. 9086318652 . my data balance in date 18/05/2015 at 2:30 pm is 460 mb & 78 rsand i use after that i use 360 mb then why is my main bal is 3 rs.i want refund my balance 75 rs i talk her Customer care and he is Not refund my Balance. Please solve this case
