I fed up with the service i have done compliant by mail but company not interested to help me out i am working guy i can not follow that much and because of this company i do not have any mobile yet.
please help me out i will be a very thankful to you.
company CRM manjeet kept touch with me but when asked him about to refund my fund so he can not revert me for that
and naaptom making me foll last three month now i want to file a case against them so please suggest me what i have to do ….
i am sending main mail which i send them so many time.

I am Manish i brought BlackBerry storm 9530 with 3G+2GB SD Card from Naaptol in February.but after 2 month this device totally dead and i did compliant to Naaptol Customer Care and they suggest me to send this mobile back to company and they ensured me if i will do this they will replased me within 15 days of my device delivered and i did my my device courier from your Authorize courier Company Blue Dart on 16th June AWB NO::13436249385,,and i update this AWB NO to Naaptol on same day..after that whenever i called to Naaptol CCR they did not confimed me when i will get my device then today i confirmed to BLUE DART and they told me my device deliverd on 18th june to your Delhi office and Courier accept by Mr. Vipin And they provide me Mr. pawan number to Confirm about my device after this i called to pawan and he ensured me that they will refund me my money and told me to call on 5 pm and now i keep trying to call him but he is not lifting his number then i again call to CCR today few minute ago then again very unprofessional thing they put me on hold for 15 min and did not give any revert,..
And 15th july i got new device from you but Mr Sandeep did not send me 2GB SD card and Screen Protector and now today again device again dead now i am frustrated with you
now i finaly told to Naaptol i want my money refund other wise this is final i will go for legal action and i want to aware you that i am for media and i don’t want spoil anything.
So please kindly refund my money other wise i personaly don’t want but i will have to send legal notice to Naaptol.
now i will ensure you if i will not get refund then i will sue the Naaptol and i will go to Consumer Court for the same now i can not bear this kind of service…
