I fed up with the service i have done compliant by mail but company not interested to help me out i am working guy i can not follow that much and because of this company i do not have any mobile yet.
please help me out i will be a very thankful to you.
company CRM manjeet kept touch with me but when asked him about to refund my fund so he can not revert me for that
and naaptom making me foll last three month now i want to file a case against them so please suggest me what i have to do ….
i am sending main mail which i send them so many time.

And 15th july i got new device from you but Mr Sandeep did not send me 2GB SD card and Screen Protector and now today again device again dead now i am frustrated with you
now i finaly told to Naaptol i want my money refund other wise this is final i will go for legal action and i want to aware you that i am for media and i don’t want spoil anything.
So please kindly refund my money other wise i personaly don’t want but i will have to send legal notice to Naaptol.
now i will ensure you if i will not get refund then i will sue the Naaptol and i will go to Consumer Court for the same now i can not bear this kind of service…
