As per my knowledge you have informed me that my online transaction of Rs. 3000 in favour of shine your carrier was not successful.
As on your information I made a formal complaint to HDFC that my online transaction was not completed to Shine your carrier but amount has been debited from my account,
On 2nd of September you telephonic informed me that transaction was successful but due to your system problem you was not aware of the submission of my fee.
As per your commitment i was accepted to receive interview calls within 15 days of my registration but I am sorry to say nothing has been recived by me as 1 month has passed.
I am not happy with your services because of wrong information about bank transaction and no committed fulfilled till date.
I request you to refund my money within 3 days otherwise complaint will be loged in Consumer Forum Bhavnagar.
