dear sir.,
on 09-09-2012 i call to hathway customer care for getting new connection., immediate they told that his sale executive will call you., after 30 min sales executive(prasanna) call to me & suddenly come my home., explain the offers., i selected prepaid plan of 1370 rupees., he collected 1370 & 560 rs for installation charge for new connection & told he will give connection on Tuesday(11-09-2012). on Tuesday i call him, he told he ll give on Wednesday., again i called him on -24-09-2012 he told he don’t have enough spares to installed., suddenly i called to customer care they told we ll call with in one hour ,i did’t get call, next day i call them they told that they ll not give connection due to technical problem & told refund with in 5 days, i called frequently to them they told we ll give., one day they give his account number srikanth., i called him he will arrange in one weak.,i.,e(09-10-2012) on then i call to sales executive he was not picking call.i call to accountant srikanth he also not picking call., he massaged u will get refund today finally i did’t money until now. in between this i got one month bill of 560rs.
