I had booked a Resort through Make my trip.com onmorning, 28th June 2012 in Lonavla and khandala.I checked into the hotel at sround 12.30pm,i was asked to write in the register in the reception and later guded to a room which was cozy,the hotel didnot had parking facility i was asked to park on the road.i went inside the room along with my family,i was in a state of shock to see the so called hospitality and the make mytrip promises.the towels showed spitting stains,walls fungus,roof falling,stench,mosquitos,leaking power lines,no wall chest….but the amount charged was approx Rs 3000 per day.the services guarentied by make my trip on ist websites were never met. when i protested the hotel siad they are not responsible for any promsies i need to contact makemytrip,when i spoke to the representative over tool free no on phone she promised refund and i told her since i am on vacation i will send a formal email comlaint along with photograph on 30th june 2012,which i comlied.they responded with promise to reply and refund.than came a shocker mail today wherin they said they cant refund.this cause serious breach of trust,confidence,failure to refund and failure to deliver the promises from makemytrip.hence i want the makemytrip to compensate for all this may be above 20laks.so that they should be financialyy punishied so that they want repeat this in future to any customer.since they are on world wide web the country will be disreputed by allowing sites like makemytrip to carry out fraud on behalf of those unscupulous hotel/resorts
