Refund has not been issued.

A refund has been issued on my return product on 26th November,According to AMAZON.IN i should receive the Cheque in 7-9 Business days.I have contacted the Amazon over the pas fewt days several times and some times even the call has been disconnected.they have made several promises saying that i will the receive the cheque with in 2 days,and have also said they will issue the amount directly to my Bank account which i have not received yet.It seems like i am not going to receive the amount at all,and every time i call they make fake promises,i would like it very if the Consumer Forums intervene and Solve my problem.Do not trust AMAZON.IN,they are fake.
