refund issue

i bought speakers from homeshop 18 on 30-8-2013. my order no. 929798027.
i get faulty product so i apply for refund on 7-9-2013. but i haven’t get refund till now. i called homeshop 18 many times but every time i call they give me responses which don’t match with their previous responses. one time they said it is dispatched and other time it won’t. i don’t know what to do. please helpme in this regard.
